Creature Works is a creative and online technologies group. We’re passionate about design, online development and rich media. We hand-code custom websites, online systems, databases—whatever system you need. We’re out of the box—so dream BIG, we’d love to help you make it happen.

Main Gears

Dale Hughes, our chief mad scientist, has been designing, developing and inventing media solutions for over 30 years. He’s rarely stumped. Oh, and he can fix just about anything.

Martha Kurtz, creative director–strategist, has 25+ years of design and direction experience spanning 3D animation, web, print and multimedia—with some clay and painting thrown in for good measure.

Jesse Hughes is a designer, project manager, and organizer extraordinaire. With over 10 years of experience and a degree in graphic design, Jesse loves type and print and is awesome at digesting difficult concepts. She’s a lot like her dad. See above.

We love it here! We’re a couple of blocks from Lake Waconia, there’s a movie theater two doors down, a bowling alley across the street, a great coffee shop around the corner, fun restaurants—and no shortage of bars.
